Yin Yoga is a slower paced and therapeutic class holding floor poses between 1-5 minutes. We will explore long, meditative stretching to enhance flexibility and joint mobility while encouraging healing and realigning the body’s connective tissue. With deep stretching through the pelvis, hips, low spine, and shoulders to help create spaciousness in the body and stillness in the mind.

Flow Yoga combines breath and movement to create a continuous flow from posture to posture to strengthen and stretch, building a strong foundation for more advanced flow classes. It’s both invigorating and peaceful.

Healing Hour is a blend of mindfulness techniques along with passive stretching and deep nurturing restorative yoga. This rejuvenating class balances the mind, accumulates rest in the body, soothes the heart, and inspires the spirit. Rise & Shine Yoga
Start your week with the joyful practice of yoga to wake up the body, mind, and spirit. This class uses a combination of movement, postures, and breath work to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Movement is synchronized to breath with focus on alignment and a balance of energetic and calming postures. Ending with relaxation to invite a sense of peace and tranquility.
